A Loan against Property is a secured loan. You can use your residential, commercial and/or industrial property as collateral to obtain a loan from either a bank or a Non-Banking Financial Company (nbfcs). The loan amount will be calculated based on the property’s market value and it is repaid in equal monthly installments (emersistions). While you repay the Loan Against Property (Lap), you will retain ownership of, and continue to possess (use) the property.
